During a visit to his home country, South Korea, Andy found himself frequently ordering fried chicken. Among the many fried chicken spots, each with their own unique offerings, he stumbled upon a hidden gem: a small takeout place that he became absolutely addicted to.

Intrigued by the uniqueness of this chicken, he decided to reach out to the owner. To his surprise, he discovered that the owner was planning to close down the restaurant. After some persuasion, he was able to convince the owner to share their secret recipes, secured by signing a non-disclosure agreement.
